This case resulted in a large award to our client, because his dentist took x-rays of the patient’s teeth and failed to diagnose a fractured jawbone. The jaw thereafter became infected and the infection spread. The claim was settled prior to trial for a six (6) figure settlement. Two (2) previous attorneys investigated the claim and declined to represent this client.
